Actress Mandira Bedi, who is slowly trying to move on after the death of her husband, filmmaker Raj Kaushal, has now taken to her official Instagram account to reassure all her well-wishers and to remind herself that it’s ‘time to begin again‘. ‘I am worthy, I am capable, I am loved, I am strong,’ read Mandira Bedi’s note. Sharing the picture of the handwritten note, the actress captioned her post as, ‘Time to begin again’ and she accompanied her post with the hashtag #dailyaffirmation. Mandira Bedi lost her husband and the father of her children, Raj, last month. He died due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 49 in Mumbai. Several fans and friends took to the comments section to shower love on her. Arjun Bijlani wrote, ‘True that’. A fan wrote, ‘You’re a champion!!!!!!’, another penned, ‘Sending you all the love and strength’. She had also recently taken to her Instagram stories to share a picture of her son, Vir. In the photo, Vir is seen sitting on a sofa. The young boy is seen posing for the camera in a yellow T-shirt and blue pyjamas. Mandira added heart emojis to the post. Just last week, the actress had shared a picture featuring her family members and expressed her gratitude for all the love and support she has received. In the picture, Mandira Bedi was seen posing with her parents and her children Vir and Tara. Mandira shared the picture with the caption, ‘Only Love. #Grateful for my #Family and all the love, support and kindness #gratitude #love #thanks.’ Mandira and Raj were together for 25 years, out of which they enjoyed married bliss for 23 years. They first met when the then aspiring filmmaker was working as Mukul Anand‘s chief assistant and was auditioning for a show in 1996. By the end of the same year, the two started dating. They got married on February 14, 1999.
