The devastating second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected India with cases and deaths rising in leaps and bounds. Amid this, the film industry has extended its unconditional support to the cause as India fights the pandemic. Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is also doing his bit – from amplifying the voices of those in need to helping with information and raising funds, he’s leaving no stone unturned to aid others. Varun now seems to have found his silver lining amid all his relief efforts. He found a moment to appreciate and celebrate a small change in the current plight of Mumbai. Taking to his Instagram account, the actor reposted a report shared by the Times of India which gave a detailed update of the number of daily cases and other statistics. Times of India reported that Mumbai recorded 2,662 new positive cases, 5,746 discharges and 78 deaths on May 3.
